International students will be admitted if they meet all requirements for admission. Basic requirements are determined by SJSU and vary with the background and experience of the individual.
In addition to meeting the minimum admission standards, applicants applying as first-year (freshman level) students must submit evidence of secondary school completion. Applicants applying as transfer students must provide work from all post-secondary institutions attended.
Successful completion of college preparatory subjects in English, Mathematics, and Biology, Chemistry, or Physics passed with grades averaging an equivalent of "B" or higher may be considered for admission.
Final determination of transfer credit is subject to SJSU admission policy.
